NEW RELEASE "MAYBE" (MIPOS) June 19th

A Greek/English collaboration

It is not very often, if ever, when a Greek-Cypriot superstar artist and Norwegian Global singing star come together to create musical magic! But with the song MAYBE (MIPOS in Greek), that's exactly what you have here!

Kristin Amarie held the idea for this song in her mind for over a year before finally finding the musical team who made her dream a reality.

MAYBE (MIPOS), is sung in English and Greek, and set to a global beat with a cast of world musicians and producers to match!

Konstantinos Christoforou, one of Greece's brightest singing stars, steps up to the mic as Kristin Amarie's partner in this duet. They each sing in both Greek and English, blending the feeling and passions of MAYBE perfectly.

Greek musicians Dimitris Xatzikides and Arsen P contributed guitars and percussion respectfully. Two American musicians, Joe Deninzon from legendary rock band “Kansas”, is on solo violin and Grammy® Nominated pianist David Lanz, rounds out this group.

The musicians, engineers, and producers from Cyprus, Greece and the US, created a track that can only be described as Contemporary World Pop.

Overseeing the project was Grammy® nominated New York producer/engineer, Alex Salzman. Second engineer and mastering was handled by Nicolas Ntimas, in Cyprus with addition recording at X studio, Athens, Greece. Anna Hadjiefrem provided the lyrics in Greek while Kristin filled in the English lyrics.

Worldwide release of MAYBE will hit the airwaves this Summer!

"maybe"(MIPOS)

releasing June 19th

In an era where “global music” is often reduced to trendy rhythmic fusions and superficial stylistic blends, Norwegian soprano/songwriter Kristin Amarie and Greek-Cypriot superstar Konstantinos Christoforou create something far more meaningful, impactful and emotionally immersive on “Maybe (Mipos)”—a soaring, deeply impassioned English/Greek duet that transforms longing, uncertainty and romantic hope into a sweeping cross-cultural musical journey. The true magic of the track emerges when the arrangement shifts gears into an intoxicating mid-tempo groove driven by exotic acoustic guitar accents, global percussion and Christoforou’s soaring Greek vocals. The rhythmic momentum creates a sense of romantic wanderlust and heartfelt yearning while the alternating Greek and English passages deepen the song’s universal resonance. The chemistry between the singers feels organic and instinctively connected rather than merely collaborative.
